I was impressed with the customer service rep's (Craig) attention to detail in my emails. They allowed me to order small quantities (all others wouldn’t make fewer than 100 pcs). I am a 1 person small business and can’t afford to stock 400+ wristbands. They permitted me to combine colors for qty breaks. They provided a photo proof, rather than a virtual. This allowed me to see the finished product & make changes (which I did) before the entire order was produced.
