Shipping

Many orders ship the same day or next day.  While most products ship from our location in Chicago, IL, some items may ship from a separate warehouse.  Check the "Shipping" info on a product page for details.

Shipping is FREE for orders of $75 or more. The free shipping promotion valid for shipping addresses within the continental United States. 

Sending an order as a gift? No problem. We do not include any paperwork with pricing information in the package - only a packing slip.

Taxes

Our store will automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within Illinois. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes.

Returns

Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order to us for exchange or refund of purchase price. Simply follow these easy steps:
  1. Email us at customerservice@cozycoverz.com with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return. Please indicate if you would like a refund, exchange, or store credit.
  2. We will send you a free return shipping label. Simply affix to your package and give to any UPS driver or drop at any UPS store.
  3. Please return your items within 15 days of purchase. They must be received in unused condition and in their original packaging.
Please note:  Items that have been customized with embroidery or screen printing may not be returned. You are welcome to purchase returnable samples prior to customizing to ensure you are happy with the product.
